Not sure what you want from this part of your life?
Maybe you don’t need to figure it all out.
Maybe you just need somewhere to begin.
The free 7 for 7 Life Check-In™ gives you seven thoughtful questions across seven areas of your life, a simple way to pause, notice where you are now, and explore what you might want more of.
Seven areas. Seven questions. A conversation with yourself that might be a little overdue.

You’ve got pretty good at getting on with life.
Working. Looking after people. Remembering the appointments. Making decisions. Doing what needed doing.
You became pretty bloody good at figuring things out.
But somewhere amongst all that doing, you may have stopped asking yourself:
What do I actually want now?
Maybe something has changed.
Maybe you’ve changed.
Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong, you’ve just started wondering whether you want the next part of your life to look exactly like the last.
You don’t need to quit your job, sell your house and move to a yurt in the mountains.
You don’t need a five-year plan or to discover your one true purpose.
You might just need to check in with yourself.
That’s what 7 for 7 is for.
Seven areas of your life:
Money · Career & Contribution · Wellbeing · Creativity · Family & Friends · Self-Care · Fun & Adventure
Not to score. And Not to fix.
Not to add another seventeen things to your abundant (sigh) to-do list.
Just to notice what comes up when you actually give yourself the chance to think about them.
Imagine knowing what deserves a little more of your attention.
Not because someone told you what your life should look like.
Because you noticed it yourself.
Maybe you realise you miss being creative.
Maybe fun has been relegated to the back room because it’s something you’ll get around to “when things settle down.”
Maybe you’re more content with one part of your life than you’ve been giving yourself credit for.
Or maybe one simple question makes you think:
Huh. I haven’t thought about THAT in years.
That’s the point of the Life Check-In.
Not to give you all the answers.
To help you start asking yourself better questions.
Because you already spend plenty of time thinking about what everyone else needs.
It might be interesting to hear what you have to say.
A little time. Seven areas. No life overhaul required.
You can work through the 7 for 7 Life Check-In™ all at once, or take one area at a time.
There’s no right answer.
No score at the end.
And no requirement to emerge with a colour-coded plan for the next decade.
Just seven opportunities to pay attention to yourself.

I created 7 for 7 because I needed somewhere to begin, too.
There came a point in my own life when a lot had changed, including me.
I’d spent years working, raising a family, looking after people, building a career and generally getting on with whatever life put in front of me.
I wasn’t looking to reinvent myself. I just wanted to know:
What do I want now?
Turns out, that’s a surprisingly difficult question to answer when I tried to look at my whole life at once.
It was like trying to untangle a plate of spaghetti with chopsticks. Where the hell do I start?
So I stopped trying. And I looked at one area at a time.
Money · Career & Contribution · Wellbeing · Creativity · Family & Friends · Self-Care · Fun & Adventure.
That became 7 for 7.
Not a formula for the perfect life.
A way to make sure I was actually part of the conversation about my own life.
